Identity Design for The Woods Luxury Real Estate Development
To sell a new designer estate development for top dollar in Santa Barbara, the Zia Group needed more than the typical real estate flyers. We created an individual identity for the development to elevate the listings in a congested luxury market. From the minimalist logo to the distinctive design elements and tactile printing, every touchpoint makes potential buyers curious about the unique properties and confident about the quality craftsmanship.
Four unique abstractions of trees represent the four one-of-a-kind estates. Minimally designed to create a modern and luxurious impression while maintaining a level of ambiguity to make the viewer curious. Two complementary typefaces balance the modern artwork and provide personality.
Bringing the identity to life: 
Vibrant yet refined colors draw from the natural environment of the lot and the Santa Barbara landscape. To emphasize the individual character of the estates, we gave each a name of a tree native to the area, one of the primary colors and one of the unique shapes from the logo.
